Summary	0010131: CM should (or shall) 'remember' and use same name when establishing same connection to an AC
Description	Related to 9618, this was discussed in BF call on 1/31/2025. Problem scenario from PPT: AC1 (controller with CM) loses power before AC2 receives the first data AC2 endpoint remains in preoperational state AC1 restarts and attempts to establish connection to AC2 AC2 will respond with error only if AC1 uses the same name for the ConnectionEndpoint. This is hinted at in the spec, but is it required? Agreed to add Mantis issue to ensure that the spec handles this. Consider also in the context of C2D use cases, with potentially many more devices
