Description	In the TypeDefinition Table of the ValueDataType (Table 38, Section 9.8) "Conformance Units" lists "Subtype of Structure defined in OPC UA 10000-5". That should propably be "FlatGlass_ValueDataType" (a Conformance Unit defined in Section 10.2/Table 39).
