The Software Update model defines a mechanism to update the Applications or Configurations which are already in the AddressSpace. However some devices have the possibility to install additional applications of different types (e.g. databases or web servers). There need to be a definition for a folder to list such applications with methods to add applications to the device and to delete them if no longer needed.
