In Unified Automation .Net SDK the SecurityPolicy of the UserIdentityToken will not be set at the endpoint description if it is the same as policy of the endpoint itself.
In the case the SecurityPolicy is not set, a fallback to the endpoints SecurityPolicy is defined by the specification.
Why is the test not doing this and skipping the test with
"The desired endpoint does define a specific SecurityPolicy for the Username Password UserIdentityToken. Therefore we can't
run the test on this one."
