Summary0010464: Test scripts for some Aggregates are executed with invalid DataTypes
Description

This issue was reported by a vendor to the lab:

Part 13, 5.4.2.3 Data types defines the valid DataTypes for AggregateFunctions.
Some Conformance Units don't honor this definition, especially by allowing Boolean for AggregateFunctions that should be applied to numeric DataTypes only.
