Description

... with a subtype of Structure DataType and IsOptional=TRUE...
--- If IsOptional=FALSE then the field value is encoded directly according to the rules for the DataEncoding.

I assume that "AllowSubTypes" is meant instead of "IsOptional" (two times!).

As stated in Table F13 for fields of a "StructureWithSubtypedValues" are NOT allowed to be optional (ok).

Sorry, I did not realize that with "IsOptional" the member of StructureField data type is meant.
This member can mean both "IsOptional" and "AllowSubTypes" - depending on the structure type containing this field.

Nevertheless: a little clarification would be great.
