Thanks for reporting the issue. I have fixed it now in OPC 40450-1 v1.01.0 which will be published this month. The RC process was completed in Dec 2024 but we are waiting for some final confirmation from OPC Foundation on some Editorial Changes.
Please find the latest DRAFT copy for the fix attached and let me know for any questions.
Note: I DID NOT find any entry in the NodeSet XML file and I assume that your issue is specific to the Editorial Change in the Specification Word Document which is fixed now.

I had a look at the provided document and I can confirm, that the Conformance Unit Names in the TypeDefinition Tables and in Section 11.1 match in the draft.
I recommend to also have a look at Table 260 in Section 11.2.2.8 (IJT Identifiers Methods Server Facet): Here, the Conformance Units are used and in this table the variant with "Methods" is still used.

Concering the Note: I also assume the issue is specific to the Specification Document.
