Description

A test script exists with this test number, but no test case is defined.
Either the test script should be deleted or the corresponding test case must be added to the database.

Additional Information

Description: Over a non-secure channel; call ActivateSession() specifying an empty ClientSignature.
Expected Result: Connection is successfull.

Note: After a brief code review, it seems that the test script creates an invalid signature instead of using an empty one.
