Description

The function OpcUa_Crypto_CreateCertificate has changed
in the upcomig Ansi C Stack 1.02.337:

The parameter validFrom was removed.
The parameter validTo was removed.
The parameter validToInSec was added.
The parameter pIssuerCertificate was removed.
The parameter pCertificate was changed to contain the certificate
as DER encoded ByteString instead of an X509 structure.

The function creates only self-signed certificates, that are
valid form now to now+validToInSec
