Summary0004046: We need a definition for IP based communication relations
Description

There are different requests from working groups(Robotics, IO-Link, Profinet) on how to model IP based communication relations.
It is expected that ConnectionPoints are the right way but it is not clear how network adapter and different protocols using the same adapter are modeled.
