Within the work of the OPC UA TSN group, it was identified, that for the central configuration approach the central confuguration entity (CUC), operating as an OPC UA Client should be aware of all UA Servers (the End Stations) in the network, which are capable of using the newly specified QoS mechanisms.

The request is: A new server capability should be added, such that a QoS capable end device (UA Server) can announce this capability, e.g. via mDNS. (http://www.opcfoundation.org/UA/schemas/1.04/ServerCapabilities.csv - This list should be enhanced by one identfier like: "UATSN - Supports OPC UA TSN Client Server model.")
