Assuming the "the server is suppose to create a bunch of new node in its addressSpace." is in reference to the nodes that are created for diagnostic or other action that occur as a normal part of a client connection / subscription creation.

in discussion we think that this is more like Audit event, in that it does not need a set of specific test, but that everyplace that could generate model change event should test for them. All that maybe needed is a library set of function that can be used when adding specific model tests.
