Summary0007348: NodeSet contains EnumStrings variables with LocalizedText values containing invalid Locale
Description

The NodeSet file Opc.Ua.CAS.NodeSet2.xml contains invalid values for uax:Locale inside of uax:LocalizedText on some places:

NodeId ns=1;i=6257, line 17360 has "0"
NodeId ns=1;i=6449, line 25883 has "0"
NodeId ns=1;i=6202, line 25910 has "0", and line 25914 has "1"
NodeId ns=1;i=6266, line 31132 has "0"
NodeId ns=1;i=6268, line 31159 has "0", and line 31164 has "1"

When fixing this, please also fix a typo appearing six times in Description elements of Fields: Just search for "µ m" and replace that with "µm " (i.e. move the space one position behind).
