Summary	0007374: Monitored Item Services/Monitor Triggering is skipped when Triggering is not implemented
Description	By accident we forgot to implement the MI SetTriggering service call in our Embedded Server. But we did not spot that earlier, since the CTT Test Case Monitored Item Services/Monitor Triggering/initialize.js detects the BadServiceUnsupported service result from the SetTriggering service, and makes the whole CU skipped. We wouldn't mind, if the CU gets a red error flag in this case. Since the SetTriggering is a non-optional feature of the embedded server profile.
