- errors while testing the OPC UA Safety state machine are hard to diagnose because there is no possiblity to distinguish whether used communication parameter values have been initially parameterized or have been changed during runtime
- provide a means to distinguish the following communication parameters: ProviderID, BaseID, ConsumerID
- also provide parameters to find out which underlying OPC UA communication mechanisms (Client/Server, PubSub or both) are supported by a SafetyProvider/SafetyConsumer
- the mentioned parameter enhancements will also greate improve diagnostic capabilities for the users of OPC UA Safety
