Description

Using the TMC v2.0 spec as distributed in TAC review, the validator passes the specification.

However, in the NodeSet on MaterialLocationType - > <Carier> almost everything duplicated
(EndSubCarrierLoading, EndSubCarrierUnloading, LoadSubCarrier, Id / ID, MES_Id / MES_ID, StartSubCarrierLoading, StartSubCarrierUnloading, UnloadSubCarrier)

This should be reported as error.
