| Description | The GDS spec assumes a feature that allows registration and signing request with anonymous where the request are accepted but do not have affect until confirmed by a GDS admin. For register application the application would not be 'visible' (e.g. returned in QueryApplications) until confirmed by GDS admin. For signing request the signed certificate will not be created until confirmed by GDS admin. The feature must be supported by the GDS and active. We need a central place and a term that describes this mode. | ||||
