Description

To avoid IOP problems with Clients written to version 1.0 it is necessary to use a different URI for TMC version 2.0.
See also the whitepaper with proper rules (https://opcfoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/OPC-11030-Whitepaper-UA-Modeling-Best-Practices-1.00.00.pdf, section 3).

I strongly recommend a change of the URI – e.g. into http://opcfoundation.org/UA/TMC_v2/
