Summary0008080: Override Value Handling
Description

Override Value Handling described in Table 70 in Part 14.
The table specifies that status Good_LocalOverride shall be used in case of an error and OverrideValue has been configured for the OverrideValueHandling Enum.
The table also specifies that the status Uncertain_LastUsableValue shall be used in case of an error and LastUsableValue handling has been configured.
Why will the status be “good” in the first case and “uncertain” in the second case? In both cases there is an underlaying error that a client needs to be notified about (by indicating the status as uncertain).
Why is the override value handling different from the substitute value handling described in Table 69, where an error results in an uncertain status in case a substitute value has been configured (Uncertain_SubstitueValue).

The behavior should be made consistent.
