Summary0008661: Check existence of DefaultValues
Description

Currently, a specification can define default values for instance declarations and the validator checks, if they are also used in the NodeSet-File.
However, if the spec does not define a default value and the NodeSet-File defines one, the validator does not complain.

I think it would make sense to give at least a warning, that the default value was not defined in the spec.
