Summary0008929: Raw encoding for DataSet fields not clear in case of JSON message mapping
Description

In chapter 7.2.3.3 (DataSetMessage) it is specified:
"The format of the value depends on the DataType of the field and the flags specified by the DataSetFieldContentMask."
If bit 5 of the DataSetFieldContentMask (RawData) is set and the DataType is a structure/union it is not clear how to encode the field values.
Are they encoded as specified in Part 6 (chapters: 5.4.6 Structures, 5.4.7 Structures with optional fields, 5.4.8 Unions)?
