Description

Many nodes defined as AnalogItemType (EURange mandatory) have their EngineeringUnits Component defined as mandatory in the NodeSet. This is not indicated in the specification document.

  • CncDriveType/ActLoad (1:6060)
  • CncDriveType/ActPower (1:6062)
  • CncDriveType/ActTorque (1:6064)
  • CncDriveType/CmdTorque (1:6066)
  • CncAxisType/ZeroOffset (1:6100)
  • CncSpindleType/ActSpeed (1:6120)
  • CncSpindleType/CmdSpeed (1:6702)

Nodes that handle the components differently (again without indication why that is so in the document)

  • CncSpindleType/ActOverride (1:6700) -> EngineeringUnits is included as optional
  • CncSpindleType/CmdOverride (1:6702) -> EngineeringUnits is not included (= not specially mentioned, only EURange present as mandatory component)
