Summary	0009445: ConnectionEndpoint CUs, test cases and test scripts
Description	ConnectionEndpoints cannot be tested without EstablishConnections Method. Requires rework on all levels: CUs are smallest testable entities. Does a CU for ConnectionEndpoints make sense or should there only one or more CUs for CreateConnectionEndpoint command exist. Make sure that CTT creates ConnectionEndpoints for each test case in CUs FE ConnectionEndpoints Base and PubsSub. Rewrite test cases to explicitly request creation of ConnectionEndpoints.
