Discussed during the AWG meeting, and it was agreed to align the Published CU with the Subscribed, i.e. add the explicit requirement for the sub-folders.

Added explicit reference to the PublishedDataSets fold to the UAFX Preconfigured PublishedDataSet CU. The Profiles DB will be updated once the change has been approved.

Reviewed during the AWG meeting and pointed out that the PublishedDataSets Folder is mandatory, where the SubscribedDataSets is optional, so some difference in the language of the CUs makes sense. However, the sub-Folders under the PublishedDataSets Folder are optional, so the UAFX Preconfigured PublishedDataSet language was updated to make them mandatory if the preconfigured DataSet is contained in one of them.
