Summary0009686: Replace port state PORT_FAULT by new SMI port state
Description

Former PORT_FAULT in SMI element PortStatusInfo from PortStatusList was replaced by PORT_POWER_OFF.
Seems not to be aquivalent.

Todo:
Adjust the usage from PORT_FAULT in the companion specification by replacing or removing it.
"Figure 8 – State machine describing if an Object is connected to an IO-Link Port" has to be updated too.
Check whole document for PORT_FAULT usage.

Incorrect Device is missing in the image. After the addendum, a distinction is only made in the stack between "Incorrect Device" and "Port Fault" based on the event code that has occurred. The two states are therefore synonymous.
My argumentation is that PORT_DIAG is the summary of Incorrect Device and Port Fault and therefore the device is instantiated.
