Summary	0009689: Assess all the property nodes are characteristics, not the content (data) of the owner object
Description	OPC 10000-3, 4.4.2 and 4.4.3 define the difference between properties and data-variables. For instance, LiveStatus.State is a property but it is part of the content of the LiveStatus object rather than a characteristic of it. Review and assess all property nodes and assess they are not data-variables otherwise fix them.
