Summary0001933: Bounding values example wrong
Description

In the 7th row before last (5:00 - 5:00, 0, Yes) the "Data Returned" does not match the expected values.
I would expect that only "5:00" should be returned because the end bounding value at 5:00 is available.

If the additionally "5:00, 5.02" is correct I do not understand the very first row in the table. Here I then would expect an additional value "5:06".

Mark Rice thinks the table is correct but we need to clarify that when the start and end time is same is a special case.

A note has been added to the table to clarify the special case when StartTime = EndTime and Bounds are set to True. When there is a value at the specified time the start Bound will be the value at the timestamp and the end Bound will be the next data point.
