Summary0001932: Specs clarification on table1 when StartTime =EndTime and Bounds set to True
Description

In the specs it is written:
If a raw data value exists at the start or end point, it is considered the bounding value even though it is part of the data request.
The question is about the ReadRaw with Return bounds True and the start=end and there's a Raw value at the specified timestamp.
In Table 1 there's the line:
5:00 5:00 0 Yes 5:00,5:02

Question: why are 2 values returned?

A note has been added to the table to clarify the special case when StartTime = EndTime and Bounds are set to True. When there is a value at the specified time the start Bound will be the value at the timestamp and the end Bound will be the next data point.
