Summary0004030: Add "PublishInformationModel" method
Description

One of the things we hear from customers over and over again is that they don’t want to lose the information model when working with Pub/Sub. It would be great to add a method to a Pub/Sub-enabled server which is called “PublishInformationModel” which then JSON-encodes the entire UA-node-graph and sends it to the Broker. We could also automatically send a new model when it has changed, etc.

My concern is that my implementation of the PubSub is standalone and available as the NuGet package. In this case, any OPC UA server-dependent solutions and referencing to Par 4 doesn't make any sense.
It seems there are two options:

  1. Clearly, state that PubSun is part of the server and remove all sentences like "Publisher may be OPC UA Client, OPC UA Server or in general any application that understands the syntax and semantics of the NetworkMessage structure.
