Summary0010019: Initial implementation of library changes for ConformanceGroup 'GDS'
Description

For the initial implementation of the test scripts of group 'GDS', some library changes are needed:

  • New CTT settings /Server Test/GDS/*
  • New library folder 'GDS' containing helper functions, the GDS NodeSet and needed Identifiers
  • New function UaStrings.New()
  • Fix in UaOpcServer.LearnStructureDefinition() to find the correct binaryEncodingId, when learning a StructureDefinition from the embedded server (needed to learn the ApplicationRecordDataType structure)
