Summary0001514: Highlight usefulness of providing engineering units
Description

Although engineering units is an optional property we should strongly recommend their presence.
Maybe we could also change the model making engineering units mandatory and have a NO_UNITS value identifying the unit is unknown.
Maybe we can also reference some standard bodies like NIST as examples on how to use engineering units?
