Summary	0001651: Clarification that all services that go to the subscription will reset the subscription lifetime counter
Description	Currently it is not clear if any call influencing the subscription will reset the subscription lifetime counter. This reset is related to Publish at the moment. We should add a clarification that every Service using the SubscriptionId will reset the subscription lifetime counter of the affected subscription.
