Description

Part 4 and Part 6 both specify an ApplicationInstanceCertificate. However, although both use the same title the contents are slightly different.

There is no explanation why an additional / yet different structure is introduced in Part 6.

-1- Consider renaming the column "Abstract Parameter".
-2- Explain why fields are named and organised differently.
