Summary0001736: Additional Client suggestions
Description

While discussing the new section that provides guidelines for reconnect logic for a client we realized that additional items that describe recommend client behaviour should be added. This would include recommendation on how to detect failures, how a client that does not support subscription behaves, what a client that only browse should do (maybe let session time out - and automatically reconnect if a new browse operation occurs) - also any other behaviours.

Added the following clarification to the spec:
The preferred mechanism for the Client to monitor the connection status is through the keep-alive of the Subscription. A Client should subscribe for the State Variable in the ServerStatus to detect shutdown or other failure states. If no Subscription is created or the Server does not support Subscriptions, the connection can be monitored by reading the State Variable.
