Summary0001872: A single event has overflows the max message size
Description

The specification should describe what expected behaviour is if a single event exceeds the maximum message size. In particular the event should be generated and reported to a client, but fields that can not be added due to the overflow shall report an appropriate error message. Certain field must be included and can not be reported as an error, for example the EventId must always be included if requested.

Added the following clarification to 7.16.3 EventFilter -> paragraph 8
"The Server shall set the event field to Bad_EncodingLimitsExceeded if a value exeeds the maxResponseMessageSize."

Added in document "OPC UA Part 4 - Services RC 1.02.15 Specification.doc"
