Description

How does this statement in paragraph 10:

"The registration frequency should be configurable, ; however, the default is 10 minutes"

... relate to the following statement in paragraph 1 of the same clause:

"This Service will be called by a Server or a separate configuration utility"

If a separate configuration utility registers the server; is it subject to registration refreshes too?
