Summary0001929: Part 4 should support transactions
Description

Transactions is useful in multi user access:

  1. Reading and writing big blobs using IndexRange
  2. Consistent quering of address space
  3. Consistent modifications in address space.
    Many modern databases support different levels of transactions. I think, isolated transactions should be supported at least.
