Description

#1:
For methods we typically specify how the "objectId" and "methodId" arguments of the call service shall be set.
Not here!

I propose to state that this method exists on the type only and that therefore the well-known nodeId shall be set in the methodId.
I guess the objectId would be the well-known nodeId of the ConditionType.

#2:
The Comments start with a reference to Clause 4.3. I believe this should be 4.5 Condition State Synchronization.
