Summary0002201: Handling of certificates in CreateSession
Description

In version 1.02 servers shall not return certificates for securityPolicy NONE.
This causes Interop problems with "older" clients since those always expect a certificate and reject connecting to servers that do not return certificates.

Modified logic for GetEndpoints and CreateSession to expect the certificates. The previous Errata rules are now gone.

This case will be closed once the new build version is prepared and this issue is confirmed resolved.
