Description
  1. LIKE filter in Table 110 does not specify the following and is unclear:
    -- Does not specify if LIKE is case sensitive.
    -- Regarding matching patterns, LIKE does not specify if the pattern is matched exactly if the pattern does not contain wild cards. (e.g. "hello" pattern will only match hello words and not words that have the word "hello").
