Original text:
... The Nodes within the newly created hierarchy may be copies of the InstanceDeclarations, the InstanceDeclaration itself or another Node in the AddressSpace that has the same TypeDefinitionNode and BrowseName. ...

The last word "BrowseName" should be replaced by "BrowsePath".
Maybe there are different InstanceDeclarations within a TypeDefinitionNode with same BrowseNames and (necessarily) different BrowsePaths.

The paragraph already describes that the same hierarchy of nodes shall be created. If every node in that hierarchy has the same browse name as in the original hierarchy it automatically has the same browse path. Thus requiring the same browse name for each node is enough.
