Summary | 0002511: Does a SecureChannel renew fire an AuditEvent?
Description | Definition of AuditOpenSecureChannelEventType in Part 3: Since there is also the RequestType event field of type SecurityTokenRequestType defined in Part 5 I assume an AuditEvent is expected for renew. The SecurityTokenRequestType indicates if the request is for a new channel or for a renew. But I think sending an AuditEvent for every renew is a complete overkill.

Agreed in telecon that an AuditEvent on renew is overkill. This should be clarified in Part 4. |
