Summary0002725: Add support for Unions
Description

We have Unions in our built-in types and we have unions in our OPC Binary Type Description System.

Some additional definitions are necessary to support Unions in a generic way in the OPC UA Binary Encoding and the UANodeSet schema.

Additional Information

This support is necessary for the BACnet information model specification. Unions are heavily used in BACnet.
