| Summary | 0002817: Handling of certificate signing request with GDS | ||||
| Description | Certificate enrollment protocols require a signed certificate signing request. But the signing request GDS method takes a public key. This would be a problem if the GDS acts as intermediary between the device requesting signing and a CA supporting one of the enrollment protocols. We can state in the GDS method for signing (CertificateDirectoryType::SignCertificate) that both formats are supported (public key or certificate signing request) but we need also a method in the TrustListType on the server side to get a signing request from the server if the Push model is used. | ||||
