Summary0002886: ConditionRefresh does not require Session check
Description

Currently there is no requirement for a server to check if ConditionRefresh is called from the Session that owns the Subscription to be refreshed.

Additional Information

We should add the following statement: "The Server shall verify that the Method is called within the Session context of the Session that owns the Subscription"
