Summary0003019: "/Server Test/Capabilities/SecurityNone Enabled" setting is missing
Description

beforetest.js script fails in the latest CTT scripts. CTT script expects "/Server Test/Capabilities/SecurityNone Enabled" settings in the project setting, which does not exist in the current build.

Steps To Reproduce

Run any conformance unit in the CTT to reproduce this problem.
