Summary0003180: Base Info Custom Type System description is confusing
Description

CMPWG Oct-1-2015:

The description for the Base Info Custom Type System conformance unit is very confusing, specifically the 2nd sentence:

"Supporting this conformance unit does not require that a Server exposes the OPC UA Object, Variable, Reference, or Data Types, unless the Server implements User types."

Some questions:
What are "User types"? are these user-defined types?
What does it mean that supporting this CU does NOT require exposing the listed types?

Does the 2nd and 3rd sentence (of the overall description) conflict?
