Summary0003925: Part4: create session: serverEndpoints (response) references serverUri (request) which is empty when there is no gateway
Description

In the part 4, table 14, describing the create session request and response parameters.

The response "serverEndpoints" description indicates to use the serverUri:
"The Server shall return a set of EndpointDescription s available for the serverUri specified in the request"

But the request "serverUri" description indicates that it is present only in case of use of a gateway:
"This value is only specified if the EndpointDescription has a gatewayServerUri."

As a consequence the response "serverEndpoints" description shall be fixed. I suppose the correction is to indicate to use the request "endpointUrl" since its description indicates:
".... The Server uses this information for diagnostics and to determine the set of EndpointDescriptions to return in the response."

Maybe needs clarification? Describe the "no filtering" case when null is passed in?
