Summary0003953: Monitored Item Services: Several Scripts are failing when no Numeric Scalar Items are defined
Description

If there isn't at least one numeric data type defined in the CTT settings, multiple scripts are failing.

Steps To Reproduce

Only define boolean and string UANodes and run the test scripts

Additional Information

The following test scripts are affected:
Monitor Basic: 003, 004, 005, 006, 014, 018
Monitor QueueSize_1: 002, 003, 005
Monitor Value Change: 001, 009, 010, 011, 012, 014, 033, 034, 035, 036

Scripts are now not failing any more.
But most of the scripts shouldn't only use numeric datatypes as they also could be run with any other datatype. These Scripts should be changed for future releases.
