Description
  • New issue: the subscription lifetime is chosen much too short, which is why some subscriptions already time out while the others are still being created
  • This leads to a lot of StatusChangeNotifications instead of the expected DataChangeNotifications

Fixed by increasing the KeepAliveCount to 1000 per CMPWG decision.

Now there are no StatusChangeNotifications anymore, the fix for that seems to work, but:

Test fails with 'Exiting loop early. Test taking too long. Waited 60 seconds.'.
Test seems to expect DataChanges for the Write call, but there are no outstanding PublishRequests in the server anymore that could be used for that.
